Originally established as a property management company in 2009, Chester & Son has expanded into additional areas of the residential property market and now offers a comprehensive range of services including sales, acquisitions, individual property searches, lettings and property management.

Our two principal partners have over 20 years combined experience of dealing within the prime London property market. This experience has gained us invaluable knowledge at all levels of sales, lettings and management, whilst building on our hard-earned reputation for friendly professionalism. 

We aim to provide a straightforward, approachable and personal service to all our clients, no matter what size the property, with all costs and fees clearly agreed up front and no hidden charges. Our ethos will always remain the same: ‘to provide our clients with the type of service we would wish to receive ourselves’. 

As licensed members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and The Property Ombudsman Scheme for Residential Sales and Lettings, we adhere to each scheme's Code of Practice, operating to the highest professional standards.
